# Telescope Creation

## Workflow

- Confirm that the work is not restricted, commercially sensitive, security-sensitive, controlled, partner-private, or dependent on clearance assumptions.
- Start by identifying science case, observing mode, aperture, field of view, wavelength range, site assumptions, instrument interfaces, schedule, and validation criteria.
- Keep requirements, assumptions, trades, risks, and decisions separate.
- Prefer traceable requirement language over broad claims.
- Use `references/` and `scripts/` only when relevant supporting material has been added.

## Output Expectations

- Produce requirements outlines, concept notes, trade summaries, or review comments in the requested format.
- Flag missing technical constraints, integration risks, operational assumptions, and evidence gaps.
- Put sensitive design constraints or protected partner context in `AAO-restricted-skills`.
