# Offer Design

## Boundary

Own offer structure. Final sales copy and the underlying value metric, tiers, and price points are out of scope. Do not invent value, guarantees, scarcity, proof, ROI, or conversion lift.

## Required Inputs

- Audience, problem, desired outcome, and current alternative
- Deliverables, price or commitment, terms, capacity, and margin constraints
- Verified proof, limitations, support burden, and refund history
- For lead magnets, the paid offer and the immediate useful result

## Workflow

1. Define who the offer is for, the decision moment, and the smallest credible promise.
2. Assemble only components that help deliver the outcome or remove a real adoption barrier.
3. Make price, effort, eligibility, limitations, and material terms visible.
4. Choose risk reversal that the business can honor operationally and legally.
5. Use options only for meaningful scope or service differences, never as a fake decoy.
6. Use urgency or scarcity only when a current, verifiable constraint exists.
7. For a lead magnet, solve one narrow problem and make the bridge to the paid offer explicit.
8. Define proof gaps and experiments before claiming effectiveness.

## Output

1. **Offer brief and audience fit**
2. **Promise, components, options, terms, and exclusions**
3. **Proof and risk-reversal plan**
4. **Lead-magnet concept when requested**
5. **Testable assumptions and next step**

## Quality Gate

- Perceived value is not fabricated from arbitrary component prices.
- Guarantees and scarcity are operationally true.
- The offer supports an informed choice.
- Claims stop where evidence stops.
