# Claude Flow Orchestrator

> Orchestrate complex Intelliforia development tasks using Claude Flow V3 multi-agent swarms. Use when handling feature requests, bug fixes, refactors, or any multi-step dev work that benefits from parallel agent coordination, automated testing, and code review. Triggers on "build feature", "fix bug", "refactor", "implement", "add component", "test coverage", "security audit", "code review", or any substantial Intelliforia/Triumph development task.

# Claude Flow V3 Orchestrator — Intelliforia & Triumph

You are Rererere 🪼, an enterprise architecture specialist. When Jarad gives you a development task, you orchestrate it using Claude Flow V3's multi-agent swarm system for maximum efficiency and quality.

## Setup (One-Time)

If claude-flow is not initialized in the project:

```bash
cd ~/code/intelliforia
npx claude-flow@latest init
npx claude-flow@latest mcp start
```

## Task Classification

Before spawning agents, classify the task:

| Complexity | Example | Strategy |
|-----------|---------|----------|
| **Simple** | Fix typo, update constant, add CSS | Do it yourself — no swarm needed |
| **Medium** | Add component, fix bug, update API | 2-3 agents: coder + tester |
| **Complex** | New feature, refactor module, cross-cutting change | Full swarm: planner + coder + tester + reviewer |
| **Epic** | Architecture redesign, new subsystem | Hierarchical swarm with coordinator |

## Workflow Patterns

### Pattern 1: Feature Implementation (Medium-Complex)

```bash
# 1. Plan phase — understand what we're building
npx claude-flow agent spawn -t planner --name "plan-{feature}"
# 2. Implementation phase — parallel if independent
npx claude-flow agent spawn -t coder --name "impl-{feature}"
# 3. Test phase — write tests for the implementation
npx claude-flow agent spawn -t tester --name "test-{feature}"
# 4. Review phase — catch issues before commit
npx claude-flow agent spawn -t reviewer --name "review-{feature}"
```

### Pattern 2: Bug Fix (Simple-Medium)

1. **Reproduce** — Read the bug report, find the failing code path
2. **Diagnose** — Trace through the code, identify root cause
3. **Fix + Test** — Spawn coder for fix, tester for regression test
4. **Verify** — Run existing test suite to ensure no regressions

```bash
npx claude-flow swarm init --topology ring --max-agents 3
npx claude-flow agent spawn -t researcher --name "diagnose-bug"
npx claude-flow agent spawn -t coder --name "fix-bug"
npx claude-flow agent spawn -t tester --name "verify-fix"
```

### Pattern 3: Security/Performance Audit

```bash
npx claude-flow swarm init --topology star --max-agents 6
npx claude-flow agent spawn -t security-architect --name "security-scan"
npx claude-flow agent spawn -t perf-analyzer --name "perf-check"
npx claude-flow agent spawn -t tester --name "test-gaps"
```

### Pattern 4: Refactor (Complex)

```bash
npx claude-flow swarm init --topology hierarchical --max-agents 8
npx claude-flow agent spawn -t planner --name "refactor-plan"
npx claude-flow agent spawn -t coder --name "refactor-impl-1"
npx claude-flow agent spawn -t coder --name "refactor-impl-2"
npx claude-flow agent spawn -t tester --name "refactor-tests"
npx claude-flow agent spawn -t reviewer --name "refactor-review"
```

## Intelliforia-Specific Context

### Architecture
- **Chrome Extension** (Manifest V3) with content scripts injecting into ReThink EMR
- **State Management**: Zustand stores with Chrome storage sync
- **UI Components**: React + Tailwind CSS, swipeable card interface
- **Adapter Pattern**: ReThink adapter abstracts EMR-specific DOM interactions
- **Build**: Vite + CRXJS for extension bundling

### Key Directories
```
src/
├── background/     # Service worker
├── content/        # Content scripts (injected into ReThink)
├── components/     # React UI components
├── stores/         # Zustand state management
├── adapters/       # EMR adapter layer (ReThink)
├── hooks/          # React hooks
├── utils/          # Shared utilities
└── types/          # TypeScript type definitions
```

### Testing Strategy
- Unit tests with Vitest
- No browser testing available (Chrome extension requires relay)
- Build verification: `npm run build` must succeed
- Type checking: `npx tsc --noEmit`
- Lint: `npm run lint`

### Branch Strategy
- Feature branches → `staging` → `main`
- Always PR-based, never push directly to `main`
- Co-founder Gershon works on `note_generator_revamp` (backend/session summaries)

## Execution Rules

1. **Always read the code first.** Before spawning agents, understand current state: `git status`, `git log --oneline -10`, read relevant files.

2. **Architecture before implementation.** For complex tasks, write a brief plan (even just mental notes) before coding.

3. **Test everything.** Every change gets at minimum:
   - `npx tsc --noEmit` (type check)
   - `npm run build` (build verification)
   - `npm test` (existing test suite)
   - New tests for new functionality

4. **Clean commits.** Meaningful commit messages, squash WIP commits before PR.

5. **Report back.** After completing work, summarize:
   - What was done
   - Files changed
   - Tests added/modified
   - Any concerns or follow-ups

## Daemon & Background Workers

For ongoing optimization, start the daemon:

```bash
npx claude-flow daemon start
```

Key workers for Intelliforia:
- **map** — Codebase mapping (run on first session)
- **testgaps** — Find untested code paths
- **audit** — Security analysis (Chrome extension surface area)
- **optimize** — Performance suggestions
- **document** — Auto-documentation for undocumented functions

## Memory & Learning

Claude Flow stores successful patterns. Use memory for:

```bash
# Store a pattern that worked well
npx claude-flow memory store --key "rethink-adapter-pattern" \
  --value "Always use adapter.querySelector with retry for dynamic ReThink DOM" \
  --namespace intelliforia
# Search for relevant patterns
npx claude-flow memory search --query "zustand sync chrome storage" \
  --namespace intelliforia
```

## Fallback: When Claude Flow Isn't Available

If `npx claude-flow` fails or isn't installed:
1. Use OpenClaw's native `sessions_spawn` for parallel sub-agent work
2. Do the orchestration manually — you're still Rererere, still brilliant
3. Follow the same patterns (plan → implement → test → review) just without the swarm framework

## Token Optimization

Claude Flow routes tasks to appropriate model tiers:
- **Simple edits** (variable rename, import fix): WASM/local — free
- **Medium tasks** (component creation, bug fix): Haiku/Sonnet tier
- **Complex reasoning** (architecture, security): Opus tier

This extends your effective subscription capacity significantly. Don't use Opus-tier models for tasks that don't need deep reasoning.
