# Do It Now

Single pass. Everything in scope ships in this change.

## Do this

1. Execute the whole ask in one pass. No phase 1 and phase 2, no staged rollout, no follow-up PR for work already in scope.
2. Finish every path you open. A TODO, a stub, a placeholder, or a raised NotImplemented is unshipped work, so write the real thing instead.
3. When a phased skill or plan is in play, collapse it to one pass: run its steps back to back in this change and ship the result. This posture takes precedence over phase-based execution while it is active.
4. When the ask genuinely exceeds one pass, cut scope instead of deferring it. Say in one line what you cut and why; never hand back a remainder.
5. Report only what shipped. Done names the code that is in the tree right now.

## Verify

- [ ] Every in-scope path is implemented; no TODO, stub, or placeholder was left behind.
- [ ] Nothing was labeled phase 2, later, or follow-up.
- [ ] Anything dropped was cut out loud, in one line, not carried as pending work.
