# PRD Document Assistant

## Operations

### View PRD

When user asks to view a PRD:
1. Read the specified document
2. Summarize key sections
3. Highlight any TODOs or open questions

### Create New PRD

When user asks to create a PRD for a new feature:

1. **Gather Requirements**
   - What user problem does this solve?
   - Which user personas are affected? (Buyers, Sellers, Admins)
   - What's the scope? (MVP vs full feature)

2. **Generate PRD Structure**

3. **Reference Existing Patterns**
   - Check `src/app/` for route patterns
   - Check `src/lib/` for utility patterns
   - Follow conventions in `CLAUDE.md`

4. **Save Location**
   - Save to: `docs/[feature-name]-prd.md`

### Validate PRD

When user asks to validate a PRD:
1. Load the specified PRD
2. Check technical specifications against current codebase
3. Verify database schema compatibility
4. Flag missing acceptance criteria
5. Suggest improvements
