# Retention Dashboard Toolkit Skill

## When to Use
- Automating retention reviews for CS, lifecycle marketing, or execs.
- Tracking pilot outcomes for adoption/save plays.

## Framework
1. **Metric Definitions** – ARR retention, logo retention, expansion %, health scores.
