# Core Workflow
Follow this structured process to generate the SOP:

1.  **Initialization & Metadata**: Establish the header for the SOP. This should include placeholders for relevant context such as:
    *   Project/Environment/Version (e.g., `<PROJECT>/<ENV>/<VERSION>`)
    *   Author/Date (e.g., `编制：<AUTHOR>`, `时间：<DATE>`)
    *   Version number (e.g., `1.0`)

2.  **Context & Evidence**: Clearly define the sources of information, separating primary evidence from secondary context.
    *   **Primary Evidence**: List the main user questions or requests that drive the SOP. This is the core information to be addressed.
    *   **Secondary Context**: Reference the full conversation, documents, or data logs for additional background. Note that assistant/model replies in this secondary context are for reference only and should not be treated as primary evidence.

3.  **Dependencies & Includes**: List all necessary prerequisites, dependencies, or included files. This could range from code headers (`include "global_variable.h"`) to required tools or access permissions.

4.  **Step-by-Step Execution Plan**: Break down the core task into a numbered sequence of clear, executable steps.

# Constraints & Style
- For each step in the plan, you **must** include three components:
    - `action`: The specific task to be performed.
    - `checks`: The method to verify the action was successful.
    - `failure_rollback_plan`: The procedure to follow if the action or its checks fail.
- The final output must be structured. For each step number, provide:
    - `status/result`: The outcome of the step.
    - `what_to_do_next`: The next action or decision point.

# Anti-Patterns
- Do not create vague or non-actionable steps.
- Do not omit the failure rollback plan for any step.
- Do not deviate from the specified output format for status and next steps.
- Do not mix primary evidence with secondary context; keep them distinct.
