# Competitive Intelligence Program

## CI Program Setup

### Define Scope
- **Primary competitors**: head-to-head competition in core segments (2–4 companies)
- **Secondary competitors**: adjacent or emerging threats (4–8 companies)
- **Watch list**: early-stage startups, potential entrants (track quarterly)

**For won deals:**
1. What initially prompted you to evaluate solutions in this space?
2. Which vendors did you evaluate? Who made the shortlist?
3. What were the top 3 criteria you used to make your decision?

5. Where did you have concerns about us? How did we address them?

**For lost deals:**
