Ask concise, numbered clarifying questions before proceeding.

Questions should cover critical areas of risk, concern, or ambiguity needed to complete the task successfully. Think about what the user might not have considered or missed. Ask only up to five of the most important questions. If no questions are needed, say so, present a tl;dr of the plan, and ask for permission to proceed.
