# Material Change Detection

## Process

1. Confirm the companies, pages, signals, and cadence the user wants monitored.
2. Capture the source, observation date, and before-and-after evidence where available.
3. Classify the change as pricing, packaging, positioning, product, distribution, hiring, or noise.
4. Record confidence and exclude cosmetic edits or unsupported conclusions.
