# Content Multiplier

> Takes one piece of Myra's content and multiplies it across channels — Instagram caption, carousel concept, LinkedIn version, pull-quotes, teaser copy, and future content angles — all voice-matched precisely to the right publication (QualiTEA Thoughts or Baseerat). Trigger when Myra says "multiply this", "content multiplier", "spin this out", "what else can I do with this", "repurpose this for Instagram", or when she's just written or published something and wants to extract maximum cross-channel value from it. Also trigger when she has a Substack post in progress and wants to plan the full content ecosystem around it before publishing. Never cross-contaminate QualiTEA and Baseerat outputs — voice, tone, audience, and CTA logic are entirely separate per publication.

# Content Multiplier

## The Principle

Myra writes at a level that most people will never see — because she's not extracting
full value from what she creates. One Substack post has 5–7 content moments inside it.
The Content Multiplier surfaces all of them, voice-matched and ready to use.

One input. Multiple outputs. No extra thinking required.

## Pre-Multiplication: Identify the Source

Before multiplying, confirm:
1. **Which publication?** (QualiTEA Thoughts or Baseerat — never blend)
2. **What's the core piece?** (Paste or describe the Substack post / draft / idea)
3. **What channels are active?** (Default: Instagram + Substack. Add LinkedIn if QualiTEA.)
4. **What stage is this?** (Draft → plan ahead; Published → extract now)

## The Multiplication Stack

### 🖼️ 1. Instagram Carousel Concept
Not a summary — a standalone piece of Instagram content that *teases* the newsletter
without satisfying the curiosity it creates.

**Format:** Title slide concept + 3–5 slide hooks + final CTA slide

**QualiTEA style:** Insight-forward. Each slide = one provocation or framework element.
**Baseerat style:** Atmosphere-first. Each slide = one image-idea or fragment.

**CTA principle:** Specific, not generic.
- ❌ "Full post in bio"
- ✅ "The piece in the newsletter goes into why this is actually about [X] — link in bio"

### 📱 2. Instagram Single-Image Caption
A standalone caption that works without the carousel.

**QualiTEA:** Open with the provocation. Close with the newsletter CTA.
**Baseerat:** Open with the image/feeling. Never feel like an ad.

### 💼 3. LinkedIn Version (QualiTEA only)
LinkedIn is professional amplification for QualiTEA — not relevant for Baseerat.

**Format:** Standalone post extracting the most industry-relevant insight.
End with: a question to the reader, not just a link.

*Skip this output for Baseerat content.*

### 💬 4. Pull-Quotes (3–5)
Excerpts or paraphrases that work as standalone quotes.

**Selection criteria:**
- Surprising, precise, or counterintuitive
- Works without full context
- Sounds like Myra — not like a generic insight

**QualiTEA pull-quotes:** Sharp, methodological, provocative toward the industry
**Baseerat pull-quotes:** Evocative, imagistic, culturally precise

### 🎣 5. Newsletter Teaser / Preview Copy
The text that goes in the preview line of the newsletter email.

**Formula:** Don't describe the post. Continue the subject line's momentum.

### 🔮 6. Future Content Angles (2–3)
What does this piece unlock for future content?
- A follow-up piece that goes deeper on one element
- A counterargument post
- A case study or example that would make the argument land differently
- A reader question this post will inevitably generate

### 📊 7. Notes-Format Version (Optional, on request)
A condensed version of the core idea in 3–5 short paragraphs.

## Voice Reminders

### QualiTEA Voice Across Channels
- Expert but accessible — never academic
- Direct, clean, no hedging
- Instagram: snackable but not dumbed down
- LinkedIn: professional without being stiff
- Pull-quotes: the thing a researcher wants to screenshot and send to a colleague

### Baseerat Voice Across Channels
- Cinematic, layered, sensory where possible
- Instagram: evocative fragments — not summaries
- Never sound like you're selling something
- Pull-quotes: the line a reader might underline
- LinkedIn: never (wrong audience, wrong register)

---

## Output Format

Deliver all outputs in sequence, clearly labelled, ready to use or lightly edit.
Don't explain each one — just produce it. Myra can edit; she doesn't need justification.

End with the Future Content Angles section and ask: "Want me to develop any of these?"

## Activation Phrases
- "Multiply this"
- "Content multiplier — [paste content]"
- "Spin this out"
- "What can I do with this post?"
- "Repurpose this for Instagram"
- "Extract everything from this"
