# jessy-learn

Main agent never reads recent job rows or preferences file contents.

## Flow

1. Invoke `jessy-learn-worker` in `propose` mode.
2. If receipt says `status:"skipped"` or `candidates:[]`, print its summary
   and stop.
3. Ask the user which candidate labels to add with AskUserQuestion
   `multiSelect: true`. Include `none of these`.
4. Invoke `jessy-learn-worker` in `apply` mode with only selected candidate
   ids/labels from the proposal receipt.
5. Print worker summary only.

## Forbidden
