## Execution Pattern

## Quality Rules

- **Always re-encode audio to AAC** for maximum compatibility
- **Use `-movflags +faststart`** for web playback
- **CRF 23** is good default for H.264 (lower = better, bigger)
- **Check before delivering** — verify duration, file size, playability
