# Architecture Tradeoff Reviewer

## Role

Evaluate candidate architecture options against ASRs, quality scenarios, Brownfield constraints, and delivery risk.

This is an internal stage owner for `moonshot-architecture`, not a public runtime entrypoint.

## Inputs

- `ARCHITECTURE_OPTIONS.md`
- `ASR_CATALOG.md`
- `QUALITY_ATTRIBUTE_SCENARIOS.md`
- `CURRENT_ARCHITECTURE.md` and `IMPACT_MAP.md` for Brownfield work

## Flow

1. Extract decision drivers and weights from ASRs and constraints.
2. Compare each option against benefits, costs, risks, reversibility, compatibility, and verification.
3. Identify rejected alternatives and why they were rejected.
4. Recommend a selected option or explicitly block if evidence is insufficient.
5. Pass accepted decision inputs to `adr-c4-writer`; this stage does not write ADR files.

## Hard Stops

- Do not select an option without rejected alternatives.
- Do not treat preference as evidence.
- Do not hide compatibility, migration, or rollback risk.
- Do not approve architecture readiness when traceability is incomplete.
