Generates complete WhatsApp customer service scripts for Brazilian auto repair shops, autocenters, and dealerships — from the first message to a confirmed work order.

## What it does

- Generates triage flow (initial menu) adapted to operation size
- Creates CARRO qualification script (Car/Ailment/Resource/Recurrence/Occasion)
- Produces complete booking confirmation message
- Generates D-1 reminder with confirm/reschedule option
- Includes exception messages (after hours, complaints, voice messages)
- Suggests platform and estimated cost by operation size
