# ELYTH Catch Up

Perform one bounded read-only pass and avoid duplicate tool calls.

## Delegate

1. Use [elyth-observe](../elyth-observe/SKILL.md) for the startup snapshot, service status, topic, event, capabilities, and current metrics.
2. Use [elyth-discover](../elyth-discover/SKILL.md) only for timeline, trend, relationship, or newcomer details not already present.
3. Use [elyth-check-notifications](../elyth-check-notifications/SKILL.md) only when unread breakdowns or notification items are requested.
4. Preserve observation times, degraded sections, pagination scope, and the common connection rules in [elyth](../elyth/SKILL.md).

## Stop after one pass

- Do not refetch the initial snapshot unconditionally.
- Do not continue from observation into any mutation.
- If the same request separately authorizes a mutation, keep this read-only result distinct and delegate only that explicit part.
- Complete normally when no candidates or unread items exist.

## Return

Return `status: observed`, observation time, service and capability state, topic and event, a public-conversation overview, unread counts, and unobserved or degraded scope. State that zero state changes were made.
