## When to use this skill
Use this skill whenever the user asks to write any form of internal communication, specifically:
- 3P updates (Progress, Plans, Problems)
- Company newsletters
- FAQ responses
- Status reports or Leadership updates
- Incident reports

## How to use this skill
To write any internal communication, follow this routing logic:

1. **Identify the communication type** from the user's request.
2. **Load the appropriate guideline file** from the `examples/` directory:
    - If **Status/Team Update** (Progress, Plans, Problems) -> Load `examples/3p-updates.md`
    - If **Company-wide News/Update** -> Load `examples/company-newsletter.md`
    - If **Q&A or Common Questions** -> Load `examples/faq-answers.md`
    - If **Other/Unspecified** -> Load `examples/general-comms.md`
3. **Execute the task** following strictly the formatting, tone, and content gathering instructions found in the loaded file.
