2. **AI Evaluation & Competition** — Why benchmarks fail, what competitive evaluation reveals, Arena insights
3. **Founder Journey** — Real numbers, real decisions, honest challenges of building a startup
4. **The Future of AI Agents** — Where autonomous AI is going, what business leaders need to understand

## Algorithm Rules

- **No external links in post body** — LinkedIn suppresses them. Always "link in first comment"
- **First 60 minutes matter most** — respond to every comment fast
- **Dwell time is king** — long, well-formatted posts that keep people reading get rewarded
- **Saves > Likes** — practical/reference content gets saved, saves boost distribution
- **3-5 hashtags max** — specific (#AIagents) beats generic (#technology)
- **Post Tuesday-Thursday, 7-9 AM or 12-1 PM** in audience's timezone
- **Native content wins** — carousels (upload as PDF), native video, native articles get 3-5x reach

## Voice (LinkedIn-Specific)

Nick's LinkedIn voice is slightly more professional than Twitter but still direct:
- No corporate jargon
- Real numbers when possible
- Opinions with evidence
- Acknowledge counterarguments
- Never "Excited to announce" — that's the most ignored phrase on LinkedIn
