A trivial placeholder skill for verifying that the Import from GitHub/GitLab flow surfaces `SKILL.md` files in the Skills section.

## When to use

Never invoked by the agent. Used only as a discovery target for the T-D44952 reproduction.

## Instructions

If the agent has somehow loaded this skill, reply with the single word `hello` and nothing else.
