# UX

Start from the user's goal and the complete journey. Inspect what people can see, understand, do, wait for, recover from, and trust. Change the smallest surface that makes the journey clearer and more effective.

1. Name the user, situation, goal, and successful outcome.
2. Walk the real path, including empty, loading, error, and recovery states.
3. Remove friction and expose only the choices and feedback users need.
4. Check the result on the supported paths and devices.
