# Landing Page Copy for Talosix EDC

## Purpose

Create high-converting landing page copy for Talosix marketing campaigns. Each landing page should be tailored to a specific audience segment, campaign goal, and traffic source. Copy must balance clinical trial credibility with persuasive marketing.

## Landing Page Types

### 1. Product Demo Request
- **Goal:** Get qualified prospects to request a personalized demo
- **Traffic sources:** Paid search, LinkedIn ads, website navigation
- **Conversion action:** Form submission (name, email, company, role, trial volume)

### 2. Gated Content Download
- **Goal:** Capture leads in exchange for white papers, guides, templates
- **Traffic sources:** Content ads, blog CTAs, social media, email
- **Conversion action:** Form submission (name, email, company)

### 3. Webinar/Event Registration
- **Goal:** Drive registrations for live or on-demand webinars
- **Traffic sources:** Email, social media, partner promotion
- **Conversion action:** Registration form submission

### 4. Free Trial / Sandbox Access
- **Goal:** Get prospects to experience the platform firsthand
- **Traffic sources:** Paid search, retargeting, competitor comparison pages
- **Conversion action:** Account creation

### 5. Campaign-Specific (Conference, Launch, Seasonal)
- **Goal:** Varies by campaign
- **Traffic sources:** Multi-channel
- **Conversion action:** Campaign-dependent

## Page Structure and Copy Blocks

### Hero Section
**Components:**
- **Headline (H1):** 6-12 words. Lead with the primary benefit or outcome, not a feature. Include primary keyword for SEO pages.
- **Subheadline:** 15-25 words. Expand on the headline with specificity — who it is for and what they will achieve.
- **Hero CTA:** Primary action button. Verb-first, specific. "Request Your Demo" not "Submit."
- **Supporting visual direction:** Suggest screenshot, product UI, or conceptual imagery.

**Examples by audience:**

For Sponsors:
> **Headline:** Accelerate Your Clinical Trials with Smarter Data Capture
> **Subheadline:** Talosix EDC helps pharmaceutical sponsors reduce study build time by 60% while improving data quality from first patient in.

For CROs:
> **Headline:** One EDC Platform for Every Sponsor, Every Protocol
> **Subheadline:** Scale your clinical operations with an EDC built for CRO flexibility — rapid study builds, multi-sponsor management, and standardized libraries.

For Sites:
> **Headline:** Clinical Data Entry That Works the Way Sites Do
> **Subheadline:** Intuitive eCRFs, offline capability, and real-time query resolution so your site staff can focus on patients, not software.

### Pain Point Section
- 3-4 pain points presented as questions or statements the visitor relates to
- Each paired with a brief (1-2 sentence) hint at how Talosix addresses it
- Use second person ("you") to create direct connection

**Example:**
> **Tired of 8-week study builds?** Talosix library-driven design gets your eCRFs live in days, not months.

> **Drowning in manual queries?** Intelligent edit checks catch 70% of data issues at the point of entry.

### Feature Highlights
- 3-6 key features relevant to the page audience and campaign
- Each feature: icon/visual + short title (3-5 words) + description (2-3 sentences)
- Focus on outcomes, not just capabilities

**Feature copy formula:** [What it is] + [How it works briefly] + [Why it matters to them]

**Example:**
> **Library-Driven Study Build**
> Start with validated, reusable eCRF components from a shared library. Drag, configure, and deploy — cutting study build from weeks to days. Spend less time building forms and more time collecting quality data.

### Social Proof Section
- Customer logos (with permission)
- Testimonial quotes with name, title, and company (or anonymized role)
- Key metrics: "Used by X CROs managing Y+ studies" or "Z% average query rate reduction"
- Industry recognition: awards, analyst mentions, certifications

**Testimonial format:**
> "Quote about specific result or experience — 1-2 sentences maximum."
> — Name, Title, Company (or "VP of Data Management, Top-10 CRO")

### Trust and Compliance Section
- 21 CFR Part 11 compliant
- GDPR data protection
- SOC 2 Type II certified
- CDISC CDASH aligned
- Validation documentation package included
- 99.9% uptime SLA

Present as a row of badges/icons with brief labels. Clinical trial buyers require this information — it is not optional.

### CTA Section (Bottom of Page)
- Restate the primary value proposition in 1 sentence
- Repeat the primary CTA button
- Add a secondary option for those not ready ("Download our EDC Buyer's Guide" or "See pricing")
- Include urgency only if genuine (event date, limited spots)

### FAQ Section (Optional, Recommended for Demo/Trial Pages)
- 4-6 questions prospects commonly ask
- Answers: 2-3 sentences each, direct and transparent
- Examples: "How long does implementation take?" "Is Talosix validated?" "Can I migrate from my current EDC?"

## Audience-Specific Variants

### CRO Landing Page Emphasis
- Multi-sponsor flexibility and study library management
- Speed of deployment for competitive proposals
- Scalability across therapeutic areas and geographies
- Per-study or platform licensing models
- Integration with sponsor systems
- **Key metric:** Studies deployed, speed-to-live

### Sponsor Landing Page Emphasis
- Data quality and regulatory compliance
- Oversight and real-time analytics dashboards
- CDISC alignment and SDTM-ready exports
- Vendor qualification and validation support
- Total cost of ownership
- **Key metric:** Data quality improvement, cost per study

### Site Landing Page Emphasis
- Ease of use and minimal training time
- Offline data entry capability
- Mobile-friendly interface
- Real-time query visibility and resolution
- Integration with site workflows (EHR, labs)
- **Key metric:** Time to proficiency, user satisfaction

## Conversion Optimization Guidelines

### Form Design
- Minimize fields: Name, email, company, role for top-of-funnel
- Add phone and trial volume for demo requests (bottom-of-funnel)
- Use progressive profiling for returning visitors
- Include privacy notice link near submit button

### Page Design Principles
- Single column layout for primary content flow
- No top navigation on campaign landing pages (reduce exit points)
- CTA button visible without scrolling
- Mobile-responsive (40%+ of B2B traffic is mobile)
- Page load under 3 seconds
- Contrast color for CTA buttons

### Copy Principles
- Write at 8th grade reading level for clarity (complex concepts, simple language)
- Front-load value in every section
- Use concrete numbers over vague claims
- Address objections proactively (FAQ, trust signals)
- One primary conversion goal per page

## Output Deliverables

When creating landing page copy, provide:
1. Complete copy for all page sections (hero through CTA)
2. At least 2 headline variants for A/B testing
3. Audience-specific variant if multiple segments are targeted
4. Meta title and description for SEO
5. Suggested form fields with labels
6. Notes on visual/layout direction for design team
