# Onboarding Checklist Skill

Generate comprehensive, role-customized onboarding checklists for new Talosix team members. Clinical trial technology companies require onboarding that covers both standard corporate orientation and regulated industry-specific training.

## When to Use

- A new hire is starting and needs an onboarding plan
