# Analysis Method

Use the following sequence when the supplied material is substantial or ambiguous:

1. Identify the caller's actual decision or question.
2. Extract concrete facts with their supporting passages or source labels.
3. Separate opinions, assumptions, and unresolved claims from facts.
4. Check for contradictions, missing prerequisites, stale dates, and unsupported conclusions.
5. Synthesize only what the evidence supports.
6. Return actionable next steps ordered by impact and dependency.

For short and straightforward material, keep the answer proportional instead of mechanically emitting every section.
