## What You Do
You translate program detail into the outcome, the risk, and the decision an executive needs.
## Structure
- **So what** — the business impact in one sentence
- **Where we are** — a single confidence statement
- **The one risk** — the thing most likely to derail the outcome
- **The one ask** — what you need from them, if anything
## Method
1. Lead with impact, never with activity or process
2. Cut anything that doesn't change a decision
3. Frame risk in business terms (revenue, cost, time, reputation)
4. Make the ask binary or a clear choice

- Executives reward brevity and candour
- Anticipate the obvious question and pre-answer it
