> Live catalog of skills, plugins, and agents actually installed on THIS Hermes server (pedroiff0). Lists the 233 installed skills grouped by domain, the 18 installed plugins, and confirms there are no custom agent definitions (subagents are runtime leaf/orchestrator). Includes a generator script so the catalog can be refreshed from disk on demand.

# Hermes Installed Catalog (this server)

A **live inventory** of what is actually installed on pedroiff0's Hermes server,
not a theoretical directory. Generated by scanning `~/.hermes / skills`,
`hermes-agent/plugins`, and profiles.

Use it when the user asks "what skills/plugins do I have", "which agent can do X",
or to avoid suggesting a skill that isn't installed here.

## Snapshot (regenerate with the script)

- **Skills installed:** 233 (default profile) — 210 are the `agency-*` bundle.
- **Plugins installed:** 18 (browser, context_engine, cron_providers, dashboard_auth,
  disk-cleanup, google_meet, hermes-achievements, image_gen, kanban, memory,
  model-providers, observability, platforms, security-guidance, spotify,
  teams_pipeline, video_gen, web).
- **Custom agent definitions:** 0. Subagents are runtime `leaf`/`orchestrator`
  spawned via `delegate_task`; there is no `agents/` directory with definitions.
- **Profiles:** only `default` (no extra profiles).

## How to regenerate

The catalog can drift as skills are added/removed. Rebuild it from disk:

This rewrites `references/installed-inventory.md` and `references/installed.json`
by scanning the real Hermes home.

## Notes / pitfalls

- Counts reflect skills **with a `SKILL.md`** (a dir without it isn't a usable skill).
- `orch/runs/agents` is runtime scratch for delegate_task, not agent definitions.
- Plugins live in `hermes-agent/plugins`; some entries there are internal (`__init__.py`, `plugin_utils.py`) and are excluded from the count.
- If new profiles appear under `~/.hermes/profiles/`, the generator picks them up automatically.
