# Point Brand Guidelines

Apply Point's visual identity using [visual-guidelines.md](references/visual-guidelines.md), the working source for exact logo, typography, palette, CTA, and layout requirements. Historical mockup claims are not current product facts.

## Sources and assets

Identify the medium, dimensions, and supplied assets. Use bundled `assets/` first for approved logos and fonts; list files without loading binaries into context. Preserve approved logo artwork, proportions, and filenames.

- `assets/SVG/`: scalable digital artwork.
- `assets/PNG/`: transparent raster artwork.
- `assets/JPG/`: flattened raster artwork.
- `assets/PDF/`: print and vector document workflows.
- `assets/Fonts/`: supplied ITC Century, Circular Std, and Lora fonts.

Choose the logo variant for its actual background. Padded files include canvas space; otherwise provide the required clear space in the layout. If a required asset is missing, identify the dependency and label any authorized font fallback as temporary.

For illustration selection or creation, read [illustration-system.md](references/illustration-system.md) and [illustration-reference-index.md](references/illustration-reference-index.md). Distinguish approved reusable artwork from inspection-only references. Original illustrations remain drafts until approved for reuse; logo artwork must come from approved files.

Use `point-brand-voice` when writing or reviewing marketing copy.

## Acceptance criteria

The rendered asset follows the reference's exact logo size and clear space, typefaces and line heights, palette, and CTA treatment. Check legibility and accessibility in the actual composition and at the intended size. Artwork and photography follow the applicable reference direction with documented reuse status. Current approved sources support any product claims.
