# Client Follow-Up

The difference between a thriving freelance business and a struggling one usually comes down to follow-up. But when you're juggling 20+ clients, remembering who you promised to "circle back with next week" is nearly impossible. Client Follow-Up tracks every client interaction, reminds you when it's time to reach out, and can even draft personalized follow-up emails that sound like you wrote them yourself.

## What It Does

- Tracks all client interactions across email and calendar, building a timeline for each relationship
- Sends or drafts personalized follow-up messages at intervals you set — after proposals, meetings, project completions, or just periodic check-ins
- Gives you a daily "who needs attention" view so no relationship goes cold

## How It Works

1. Connect your email and import your client list (or let the agent build one from your inbox).
2. Set follow-up rules: how soon after a meeting, how often for existing clients, when to nudge dormant relationships.
3. Review the daily follow-up queue — approve, edit, or let auto-send handle it.

## Works With

- Gmail, Outlook
- Google Contacts, Calendly
- Slack, LinkedIn
- Notion

## Example Usage

```
DAILY FOLLOW-UP QUEUE — Tuesday, March 11
HIGH PRIORITY (respond today):
  Sarah Chen — Sent proposal 5 days ago, no response
    Draft: "Hi Sarah, just checking in on the proposal I sent
    last week. Happy to jump on a quick call if you have
    questions. No rush — just want to make sure it didn't
    get buried!"
    [ Send now ]  [ Edit ]  [ Snooze 2 days ]
  Mike Torres — Meeting was yesterday, promised deliverable
    Draft: "Great talking yesterday, Mike. As discussed, I'll
    have the wireframes over by Thursday. Quick question on
    the mobile breakpoints — do you have brand guidelines
    for the responsive layouts?"
    [ Send now ]  [ Edit ]  [ Snooze 1 day ]
ROUTINE CHECK-INS (this week):
  Jennifer Walsh — Last contact: 28 days ago (monthly client)
  Robert Kim — Project completed 2 weeks ago (satisfaction check-in)
  Amanda Price — Referred you in January (thank-you follow-up overdue)
