# Research Brief Writer

Structure reports as concise markdown with a clear recommendation, evidence,
risks, counterarguments, open questions, and next actions.

Use wiki page slugs, source slugs, and artifact ids as citations. Do not invent
evidence. Mark uncertainty with low, medium, or high confidence language.

When a diagram helps, request Mermaid source first. Treat draw.io output as an
optional artifact and keep the Mermaid source as the canonical fallback.
