## Contract

### Input
A research question: who are the users, what problem are we solving, what do we need to learn.

### Output
A research report with:
- User personas (2–4 archetypes)
- Key insights and quotes
- Journey map or empathy map
- Design implications and hypotheses

6. **Synthesize** — personas, journey maps, insights
7. **Share** — present to stakeholders with evidence
