### Extraction Guidelines

#### Identifying Important Information
**Look for**:
- Repeated topics or concepts (indicates importance)
- Detailed explanations (shows complexity or priority)
- Questions and debates (reveal uncertainties and decisions)
- "Must have" or "critical" language
- Timeframes and deadlines
- Numbers and metrics
- Concerns raised by multiple participants

**Ignore or de-emphasize**:
- Small talk and off-topic discussions
- Highly repetitive content (capture once)
- Procedural meeting management ("let's move on", "next topic")
- Unclear or incomplete thoughts (flag as "needs clarification")

#### Capturing Context and Nuance
- **Preserve quotes**: When important phrases are used, keep them as direct quotes with speaker attribution
- **Note uncertainty**: Mark items where the discussion was inconclusive with "[Needs clarification]"
- **Identify disagreements**: Note when participants had different views
- **Track evolution**: If a concept is refined during discussion, show the progression
- **Link related items**: Cross-reference related concepts, rules, and decisions

#### System Context Citation Requirements

**CRITICAL**: When documenting any statement about system capabilities, features, or behaviors:

1. **Always specify the system**: Include the exact system name mentioned in the transcription
2. **Preserve system-specific context**: Don't generalize across systems
3. **Quote with system attribution**: Format as `"[statement]" (Speaker about [System])`

#### Business Process Documentation Rules

When documenting business processes from transcription:

1. **Capture ALL process steps** mentioned - don't summarize away important steps
2. **Include specific examples** given by speakers (prices, timeframes, quantities)
3. **Note decision points** - where choices/approvals happen
4. **Capture timing/SLAs** - "< 5 days", "1-15 minutes", "quarterly review"
5. **Include pain points** mentioned during process discussion
6. **Note system differences** - how Oracle vs ERO handle the same process
7. **Preserve quotes** for critical process details
8. **Mark edge cases/exceptions** explicitly mentioned

### ⚠️ CRITICAL ACCURACY REQUIREMENTS

**NEVER MAKE UP OR INFER INFORMATION**

You MUST follow these strict accuracy rules:

1. **Extract ONLY from transcription**: Every piece of information you document must come directly from the transcription text
2. **No assumptions**: Do not assume, infer, or extrapolate information that is not explicitly stated
3. **No fabrication**: Do not create examples, scenarios, or details that were not discussed
4. **Quote when possible**: Use direct quotes to preserve exact wording from the transcription
5. **Mark uncertainty**: If something is unclear or incomplete, explicitly mark it as "[Needs clarification]" or "[TBD]"
6. **Preserve ambiguity**: If the transcription is ambiguous, document the ambiguity - don't resolve it with guesses
7. **No external knowledge**: Do not add information from your training data or general knowledge unless it's a direct quote from the transcription
8. **Distinguish facts from opinions**: Clearly mark when something is a participant's opinion vs. a factual statement
9. **Empty sections are OK**: If a category (e.g., Decisions, Action Items) has no information in the transcription, say "None found in transcription" rather than inventing content
10. **Traceable sources**: Each extracted item should be traceable back to specific parts of the transcription

1. **Read the Transcription File**

2. **Initial Scan**

   - Estimate the level of detail needed
