# Clause Risk Database

> A risk clause database that systematically identifies and grades risk patterns in contract clauses. The 'risk-assessor' and 'clause-analyst' agents must use this skill's pattern DB and scoring methodology when evaluating clause-level risk in contracts. # Clause Risk Database — Risk Clause Pattern DB and Scoring Engine

A specialized knowledge base that identifies risk patterns in contract clauses and calculates quantitative risk scores.

## Risk Clause Pattern Classification System

### Tier 1: Critical Risk (80-100 points)

  - IT/Software Development: 1.2 (IP risk)
  - Construction: 1.3 (delay penalties, warranty)
  - Finance: 1.4 (regulatory risk)
  - General Services: 1.0
