# Financial Modeler — Financial Modeling Full Pipeline

An agent team collaborates to generate revenue model, cost structure, scenario analysis, and valuation.

## Workflow

### Phase 1: Preparation (Performed directly by orchestrator)

1. Extract from user input:
    - **Business Information**: Industry, business model, product/service, current stage (idea/MVP/PMF/scale-up)
    - **Financial Data** (optional): Current revenue, costs, investment amounts, etc.
    - **Analysis Purpose**: Fundraising, internal planning, M&A, business feasibility validation, etc.
    - **Existing Files** (optional): Existing financial models, business plans, etc.
2. Create `_workspace/` directory at the project root
3. Organize the input and save to `_workspace/00_input.md`
4. If existing files are provided, copy them to `_workspace/` and skip the corresponding Phase

**Inter-team Communication Flow:**
- revenue-modeler completes → delivers revenue stream structure and revenue scale to cost-analyst, delivers key assumptions to scenario-planner
- cost-analyst completes → delivers fixed/variable cost structure to scenario-planner
- scenario-planner completes → delivers per-scenario financial statements and probability-weighted forecasts to valuation-expert
- model-reviewer cross-validates all deliverables. If 🔴 Must Fix, sends revision request (up to 2 times)

### Phase 3: Integration and Final Deliverables

1. Verify all files in `_workspace/`
2. Confirm that all 🔴 Must Fix items have been addressed
3. Report the final summary to the user
