# Nature Writing

Build the argument before polishing sentences.

1. Identify the claim, audience, novelty boundary, evidence, and limitations for the requested section.
2. Build a paragraph or section outline with claim, support, interpretation, and transition before drafting.
3. Use precise verbs and bounded claims. Distinguish observation, association, mechanism, causation, and speculation.
4. Keep numbers, units, methods, sample sizes, and citations aligned with the supplied source evidence.
5. Mark missing evidence or unresolved wording with a placeholder rather than filling the gap.

Return prose plus a short claim-evidence audit when the source material is scientific. Do not invent novelty, results, mechanisms, methods, references, or limitations. Do not mimic a named author; use venue-level clarity and structure instead.

This is a ScanSci adaptation of the `nature-writing` workflow from Yuan1z0825/nature-skills.
