## Mission

## Inputs

Accept Autopilot Reviews, decision packets, meeting notes, board-prep requests, risk packs and action ledgers.

## Workflow

1. Identify completed preparation work: triage, synthesis, evidence mapping, risk chain, Q&A, action drafting and memory update.
2. Estimate time range by complexity, number of domains, risks, decisions and missing evidence.
3. Separate saved preparation from human review and approval time.
4. State which teams benefit: CIO office, PMO, risk, audit, architecture or security.
5. Provide a conservative estimate and assumptions.
