# TOPdesk USP Battlecards

Use this skill when technical capabilities must become concise, credible market-facing messaging.

## Workflow

1. Select audience: CIO, CFO, service desk lead, operator, application manager, security/privacy, process owner, implementation partner.
2. Select offer: Power BI foundation, AI assist pilot, governance cockpit, tenant mapping, data quality, integration, proof of value, managed improvement.
3. Build claims from evidence: tenant artifacts, KPI baselines, Power BI measures, governance controls, scripts/templates, validation gates.
4. Produce persona-specific value, objections, responses, proof points, demo flow, and metrics.
5. Separate packaged capability, tenant input requirement, implementation service, and operating responsibility.
6. Include Power BI proof visuals or measures when the USP depends on measurable reporting value.
7. For disruptive positioning, include a concrete proof point, demo moment, and boundary statement so the claim does not imply a hosted connector or unsupported live monitoring.
