# Paper Reliability Verification
## When to Use
Use when the user asks if a paper exists, whether a citation is hallucinated, if metadata is reliable, or whether arXiv, DOI, venue, and PDF agree.
## Do Not Use When
Do not use to write the paper manuscript itself, manage a wiki note, or repair a thesis DOCX reference style report.
## Required Inputs
Paper title, DOI, arXiv id, citation string, PDF, or venue information.
## Workflow
1. Search authoritative metadata sources.
2. Compare title, authors, venue, DOI, arXiv id, and PDF.
3. Check retractions, venue status, and citation consistency.
4. Report reliability judgment and evidence.
