Quick surface check. Not a replacement for nuclei on modern stacks.

## Errors Fixes
- SSL problems → -ssl or -nossl
- Timeout → -timeout 10
- Sparse results → target may be modern or behind WAF
- Perl issues → usually resolved by package manager install
