Rewrite the previous assistant message for a person who wants the point without specialist language.

1. Preserve the conclusion, material facts, warnings, and requested next action.
2. Replace jargon and abstractions with familiar words. Explain any technical term that must remain.
3. Remove repetition, throat-clearing, and unnecessary structure.
4. Speak directly and naturally without becoming flippant or less precise.

Return only the restatement. Complete when a reader outside the specialty can understand the same decision and its consequences in one pass.
