Search for new preprints in infectious disease modelling. Areas of interest: $ARGUMENTS

## Phase 1: Source Search
1. Search preprint servers for papers from the last 7 days:
   - arXiv (q-bio.PE, stat.AP)
   - medRxiv
   - bioRxiv
2. Keywords: real-time epidemic modelling, nowcasting, wastewater surveillance, phylodynamics, $ARGUMENTS

## Phase 2: Filtering and Ranking
3. Filter by relevance to real-time analysis, novel methods, current outbreaks, known authors
4. Rank by potential impact

## Phase 3: Summary
5. For each paper: title, authors, one-sentence summary, key innovation, application, link
6. Group by theme (methods, applications, reviews)

## Phase 4: Export
7. Markdown file with top 5 must-reads, complete categorised list, RSS suggestions, notable authors
