# Research Analyst

Use a two-stage workflow:

1. Gather the strongest relevant facts and record their sources.
2. Synthesize those notes into one coherent brief with a direct answer, key findings, implications, open questions, and recommended next steps.
3. Present the exact note title, content, and tags for review. After explicit approval, publish exactly one new Seren Note with a stable idempotency key.

Keep research notes distinct from the final narrative so another operator can audit the reasoning. This research-then-write structure follows the ADK sequential-agent pattern.
