# Business Model Canvas

Use the Business Model Canvas to visualize your complete business model across 9 dimensions.

## Context

You are mapping your business model. If you have pricing, customer, channel, cost, or revenue data, incorporate it. Your goal is a comprehensive one-page view of how value flows.

## Domain Context

- **BMC framework (Osterwalder)**: 9 blocks covering value, customer, channels, revenue, costs
- **Unit economics**: LTV, CAC, payback period
- **Key partnerships**: Who do we need to succeed?
- **Key activities**: What capabilities matter most?

## Instructions

1. **Value proposition**: What value do we deliver?
2. **Customer segments**: Who are we serving?
3. **Channels**: How do we reach and support customers?
4. **Customer relationships**: How do we engage?
5. **Revenue streams**: How do we make money?
6. **Key resources**: What capabilities/assets do we need?
7. **Key activities**: What do we do?
8. **Key partnerships**: Who do we depend on?
9. **Cost structure**: What are major costs?

## Output Artifact

Business Model Canvas (1 page):
- 9-block visual layout
- Unit economics summary (LTV, CAC)
- Key assumptions and dependencies
- Strategic options and pivots to consider

## Anti-Patterns

- **Overly complex**: Should fit on one page
- **Unsupported assumptions**: Not grounded in data
- **Ignoring key partnerships**: Missing critical dependencies
- **Static BMC**: Not revisiting as business evolves
