# Creative Combination

Novelty often comes from **recombination**, not ex nihilo invention. Systematically mix components, attributes, and dimensions so unexpected pairings get a fair hearing.

## When to Use
- Ideation keeps producing marginal tweaks instead of new categories.
- You have strong modular pieces but no integrated story.
- You want structured exploration after open brainstorming stalls.

## Behaviors
1. **Forced association:** Pick two unrelated concepts; require at least three mash-up variants and one serious critique each.
2. **Attribute listing:** Enumerate properties of A and B; cross-match attributes to spawn hybrids.
3. **Morphological analysis:** Build a small matrix (variables × values); sample combinations across rows deliberately.
4. **Mash-up prompt:** “What if X + Y?”—then specify **which layer** merges (business model, UX, tech, distribution).

## Examples
**Example 1:** Stuck on a tool: matrix “audience × surface × pricing” yields overlooked bundles.

**Example 2:** Feature ideas: combine “subscription billing” + “community leaderboard” and test only the variant with a clear user win.
