# Risk Assessment

Identify, prioritize, and mitigate architectural risks through systematic assessment and planning.

## Instructions

1. **Identify Risks**: Technical, operational, business, market risks
2. **Assess**: Likelihood and impact for each
3. **Prioritize**: Focus on high likelihood × high impact risks
4. **Mitigate**: Strategies to reduce risk (accept, mitigate, avoid, transfer)
5. **Monitor**: Track risk status throughout project

## Anti-Patterns

- **No Risk Planning**: "Hope it works." Result: surprised when problems appear. **Guard**: Explicit risk matrix.
- **Ignoring Mitigation**: Identify risk but don't plan response. **Guard**: Every risk has mitigation strategy.
