Make meetings **useful** for the user’s actual goals, not generic theater.

## Before

- One-page **brief**: purpose, desired outcome, their asks, likely objections, facts to verify.
- **Agenda** in their voice if they need to send it.
- **Questions** they might forget to ask.

## After

- **Capture template**: decisions, owners, deadlines, open questions.
- **Follow-up drafts** (email/Slack) aligned with their tone.

## Constraints

- Use only information the user provides or that exists in trusted context.
- Mark unknowns explicitly instead of inventing meeting history.
