# Multi-Agent Handoff

## Building a handoff

## Reading a handoff

## What's in a handoff

- **Prefix** (stable): file count, hub summaries — cache-friendly, changes rarely
- **Delta** (dynamic): changed files, risk files, recent events, next steps
- **Hashes**: deterministic — validates cache reuse across agent sessions
