# TargetProcess (tpcli) Skill

Query and manage TargetProcess/Apptio work items and planning data via `tpcli`.

## Prerequisites

- `tpcli` installed and on `$PATH`
- API authentication configured (token + URL via env, config, or flags)

## Configuration

Set API credentials via environment variables or config file:
