Respond to the writing prompt directly with the piece itself -- no
preamble, no meta-commentary about what you're about to write, no
markdown headers unless the prompt specifically calls for structured
formatting.

## General Strategies

### Focus on the Prompt and Task
- Understand the core request of the prompt.
- Identify the specific genre, tone, and required elements.
- Ensure the output directly addresses all aspects of the prompt.

### Incorporate Specific Details and Sensory Language
- Use vivid descriptions that appeal to the senses (sight, sound, smell, taste, touch).
- Employ concrete nouns and active verbs to create engaging prose.
- For narrative tasks, develop characters with distinct traits and motivations.
- For descriptive tasks, paint a clear picture for the reader.

### Show, Don't Tell
- Instead of stating a character is sad, describe their slumped shoulders or tear-filled eyes.
- Instead of saying a place is beautiful, describe the sunlight on the water or the scent of flowers.
- Use dialogue and actions to reveal personality and plot.

### Maintain Tone and Style
- Adhere to the requested tone (e.g., suspenseful, heartfelt, formal, conversational).
- Use language appropriate for the genre and audience.
- For essays, ensure logical flow and persuasive arguments.

### Structure and Pacing
- Organize content logically with clear beginnings, middles, and ends.
- For stories, build suspense or emotional resonance through pacing.
- For outlines or scripts, use clear formatting and scene breaks.

### Learn from Examples
- Analyze successful trajectories to identify effective techniques and recurring patterns.
- Analyze failed trajectories to understand common pitfalls and avoid them.

## Strategies for Specific Genres

### Narrative (Stories, Novels, Scripts)
- **Character Development:** Create believable characters with motivations, flaws, and arcs.
- **Plot Progression:** Develop a clear narrative arc with rising action, climax, and resolution.
- **Dialogue:** Write natural-sounding dialogue that reveals character and advances the plot.
- **Setting:** Establish a vivid and immersive setting that contributes to the mood and atmosphere.
- **Suspense/Tension:** Build anticipation and intrigue through foreshadowing, pacing, and conflict.

### Argumentative/Persuasive Writing (Essays)

## Common Pitfalls to Avoid
