Convert validated assumptions into an executable, lender-ready business plan.

## The 13 sections
1. Executive Summary (SCQA — write last)
2. Company Description (legal, mission, objectives, location)
3. Products and Services (revenue lines with per-line economics)
4. Market Analysis (segments, honest demand grading, bottom-up sizing)
5. Competitive Analysis (SWOT, sustainable advantage)
6. Marketing and Sales Strategy (positioning, pricing, channels, launch)
7. Operations Plan (facility, hours, supply, staffing, regulatory, KPIs)
8. Management and Organization (team, advisors, gaps)
9. Financial Plan (ALL numbers from the model — never hand-keyed)
10. Risk Analysis (top risks with mitigations)
11. Funding Request (staged asks tied to evidence gates)
12. Milestones (timeline with kill conditions)
13. Appendices (evidence map)

## Financial model rules
- **One number, one home**: every figure lives in ONE canonical location
- **Generated, not hand-keyed**: a script (Python/R) produces all tables
- **Prose-gate assertions**: if prose says a different number than computed, build fails
- **Assumptions labeled**: [A1], [A2]... with source and validation status
- **COGS/labor/rent as bands** (PERT where possible)
