# Run Operations

The delivery engine: how the business actually makes and provides what it sells.

## What this skill manages

### Capacity
- Daily/weekly output limits (how many covers, clients, jobs, units?)
- Bottleneck identification (kitchen, equipment, staff, space, founder hours)
- Demand-capacity lock: validate-opportunity cannot recommend a volume this skill cannot staff

### Suppliers and supply chain
- Supplier list with contacts, terms, lead times, backup options

- Order calendar (when to reorder, how much, from whom)
