## Overview
Developer Q&A platform. Public REST API (Stack Exchange API v2.3) for searching questions, reading answers, browsing user profiles, and exploring tags.

## Workflows

### Find answers to a programming question
1. `searchQuestions(q, site)` → `question_id`, `title`, `score`, `owner.user_id`
2. `getQuestion(id, site)` → `body`, `tags`, `answer_count`
3. `getAnswers(id, site)` → `body`, `score`, `is_accepted`

### Research a user's expertise
1. `searchQuestions(q, site)` → `owner.user_id` from any result
2. `getUser(id=owner.user_id, site)` → `reputation`, `badge_counts`, `display_name`

### Explore a technology's ecosystem
1. `searchTags(inname, site)` → `name`, `count`
2. `searchQuestions(q, tagged=name, site)` → `question_id`, `title`, `score`
